Shipping and Returns

All items sold will be carefully packed and shipped within three days of receipt of payment. Personal or company checks must fully clear before shipment can be made. Shipping can be made via US mail (usually Priority Mail), FedEx or UPS. Insurance is provided as part of the shipping costs. Art of the East can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages whether insured or not.

All purchases are unconditionally guaranteed for seven days from the date of receipt. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please:
1) Notify us for a return authorization
2) Item must be shipped in its original condition and postmarked for return within seven days of receipt.

3) Item must be insured for its full value; shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
